How does the 1-Year Rip-Free Guarantee work?
If a pair of Tightknit rips in the first 12 months, email us a photo — we replace it. No receipt-hunting, no "wear-and-tear" exclusions. We're betting our margin on the construction holding up. So far, replacement rate is under 2%.
Will they replace the disposable cycle for me?
