Soft tape around the fullest part of your hips. Keep the tape level — no tilting down for the photo.
Just above the belly button — where you'd cinch a belt. Soft tape, no sucking in.
Match those two numbers to a row above. If you're between sizes, hip wins the tiebreaker.
